Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through iptvsvip.com and form an agreement between the customer and Arara Co., Ltd.
Service description
IPTVSVIP provides fixed-term digital subscription access, electronic delivery, player compatibility information, setup guidance and customer support. No physical product is shipped. The product page and checkout display the price, purchased term and included service information for each order.
Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally able to enter into a contract, provide accurate order and contact information, use the service only where lawful and keep access credentials secure. The service is not directed to children under 18.
Digital delivery
After payment is confirmed, setup information is delivered electronically to the contact details supplied with the order. Delivery normally takes 5–30 minutes and, in exceptional cases, no longer than 24 hours. Please check your inbox and spam folder and make sure your email address is correct.
Devices and third-party applications
You are responsible for a compatible device, a suitable internet connection and any third-party player required for setup. Our support covers account activation, login configuration, compatible-player setup and service-side access troubleshooting. It does not include device repair, ISP or VPN problems, third-party application fees or failures, or unsupported devices.
Plans, billing and renewal
Each order covers the period shown at checkout. Unless checkout clearly identifies recurring billing and obtains your agreement, an order does not renew automatically. Applicable taxes, payment-network charges and currency conversion are shown or determined by the relevant provider.
Availability and commercial arrangements
Programs, channels, device compatibility and features can change because of supplier, territory, technical or legal conditions. We do not guarantee every channel, program, event, film or series. Relevant supplier and distribution records are maintained privately as confidential commercial information and may be provided to authorized reviewers when legally required.
Acceptable use
Access is for the purchasing customer’s personal, lawful use unless a plan expressly states otherwise. You must not resell credentials, share access beyond the plan limits, restream, redistribute, copy, interfere with the service, evade applicable restrictions or use the service unlawfully.
Support, suspension and refunds
We may suspend access associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback misuse or unlawful activity while the matter is reviewed. Support is available through our Contact page. Eligible refunds follow our Refund Policy and are calculated using the unused full days remaining in the purchased term.
Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arara Co., Ltd. is not responsible for failures caused by a customer’s device, local network, ISP, VPN or an independent third-party application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your place of residence.
Changes and contact
